EagleACD is a service of EagleIP, LLC., headquartered in New York City, NY – with multiple sales centers in the United States, Spain and India. Our products and services are designed to eliminate barriers and the high entry-costs organizations face when deploying new products and services.

Our management team is comprised of individuals with vast experience and backgrounds in the fields of Information Technology, Telecommunications, Marketing, and Sales. Our Telecom team alone has over 100 years of combined experience in CLEC, Long Distance, Audio, Video, Web-Conferencing, VoIP (MGCP & SIP), Call Centers and ISP Services. These individuals form a multi-faceted leadership team that is unique not only, in the scope of abilities, but also in their innovative thinking.

The Company was founded by Kent Charugundla - a telecommunications entrepreneur. Kent is a veteran of the telecommunications industry, and is also the founder of Eagle Teleconferencing Services, and Eagle Communications.

One of the strongest benefits of EagleACD is in the area of scalability, and our seamless ability to quickly increase or decrease the number of seats. Companies are not fully aware of what the new methods of contact will be: phone calls, web chat, e-mail, VoIP, Video, or voicemail? In this ever-changing era, it is extremely difficult for organizations to allocate the right amount of capital equipment required. EagleIP employs a state-of-the-art infrastructure with the use of all industry leading standards. EagleACD represents a significant advancement in contact center services. It’s IP-based infrastructure allows call center agents located anywhere, to interact with voice or internet callers – regardless if the origin is a PSTN or IP network. This unified architecture provides a complete contact center solution in one simple package – including Multi-media ACD, IVR, Predictive Dialing, Internet Collaboration, E-mail Response Management, Call Recording, and CTI-like Integration. With EagleACD’s cutting-edge VoIP contact center service, your contact center can be located anywhere in the world.

EagleACD’s facility utilizes Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) / Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) connections, with dual-physical entrances for all network connections. Our backup power is supplied with on-site UPS and generators for power backup. We utilize dedicated connections to the PSTN to ensure the highest possible quality and reliability. This engineering, coupled with our Digital Class-4 switching platform provides you and EagleACD, maximum flexibility in routing traffic, and quick recovery from any potential network issues that could arise.
