How does EagleACD Express differ from EagleACD Premium?

Our Standard product is designed for small companies looking to add ACD functionality, without all the large call centers ACD functionality and cost.

Your system can be up and running in minutes.

Why do you only offer New York numbers?

Unlike our EagleACD Premium product, the Standard service is charged by the seat as such, we can only offer New York numbers for a flat fee unlike the 800 numbers which cost by the minute.

Do you have a limit on how many calls can be in the Queue?

There is no virtual limit on calls in queue; however based on our experience we recommend no more than 9, as customers do not like to hear more than 5calls in queue.

What happens if no one picks up the phone?

Calls are routed to a generic or a specific voice mail.

How are the voicemails delivered?

Voicemails are delivered via email as a WAV file attachment, which can be played on your computer or dialing your number can pick up the voice mails.

How are calls managed for agents that are logged off?

We provide full web access, where you can manage all your agents.

Can I see phone logs on ANI or the duration of a call?

You can view all the information on our web reports.

Can I mix to agents with a few on Voice over IP and a few on plain old phones?

Yes, you can blend agents.

Can I manage when Agents can log in or out?

Yes, You keep control on when an agent logs in or out via web.

Can an agent use the service such as follow me?

Yes, if an agent is leaving the office he/she can forward the call to their cell phone.

Can an agent conference in a supervisor?

Yes agents can conference in supervisors.

Can an Agent log into multiples call queues?

Yes, agents can log into a sales queue or in to a support queue.
In addition, if you are short on agents the same agent can answer the calls regardless of the selection.

What kind of VoIP phones do you connect to?

We can send calls to Cisco ATA, 7960, Polycom, Sipura, and others. However, based on experience we found the CiscoATAÍs and Polycom phones to be economical, easy to use and support.

We do not manufacture or sell the phones. We simply recommend the phones and suggest that you check with us before purchasing the phones.

What traditional phones can you send calls to?

We can send calls to any public service phones used in homes and offices, as well as any cell phones.

Why do you charge 2 cents per min?

We do not charge any fees for incoming calls or outgoing calls over IP, however when we send a call to a plain old phone or cell phone we have to charge a nominal long distance fee in order to send you the call. We believe the 2 cents a minute is a nominal fee to send your calls to your phone.

Yes, as long as you use the voice over IP phone we do not charge any long distance fee.

Can I use my VoIP phone to make long distance calls using your network?
