EagleACD Express
is tailored to serve the Small office home office (SOHO) and Small
and Medium businesses (SMB), where all of the upfront capital and
management cost is removed from the customer. Our standard service
offers a very simple yet has a robust platform with all the redundancies
in place. EagleACD Express is a product offered
over PSTN or VoIP, as such your agents can be located anywhere in
the world and still be a part of your call Queue.
EagleACD Express can switch on your service in
a matter of minutes and is cost effective and easy to use.
EagleACD Express offers wide variety of packages
to suit your business need. Whether you are a small limo company
looking to Queue your calls or an Enterprise level support center
with home based agents. Our solution helps reach your goal while
remaining cognizant of your budget.

Upon receiving calls from clients,
the EAGLE Server answers the call with a proprietary voice i.e.
"welcome to Our company" followed by prompts "Please
select one of the choices, Press #1 for sales #2 for support #3
for billing etc " Once the customer selects the appropriate
option, the call is then routed to the ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) Queue. For example, if customer presses #1, the call is sent to
a queue of your 5 agents in the sales. Calls are delivered to the
next available agent in the order.
You also have the option to send the calls to voicemail if agents
are busy. Voicemails can be delivered either via Wav file attachment
or held on the system for pick up.

EagleIP provides call origination
services over robust IP networks. All
our systems and servers are telco grade running in a secure, temperature
controlled location backed by UPS and "redundant"
or "failsafe"power generators.
Origination services are provided over SIP with full support for
g.711, g.723 and g.729 codecs. You may use our numbers and our services
for origination of VoIP for area codes 212, 718, 914, 516, 631,
201, 646, 800, 888, 877 and 866 area codes.
There are a very limited number of
212 DID’s available. EagleIP affords
its users the most flexible and simply pricing schemes available.

Following are some of the ways our customers are using our
VoIP origination services:
Call centers: Overseas call centers that have
their own PBX and ACD systemsare in need of
activating their USA customers are able to use this service.
If a call center signs up a customer in the
USA and needs to route the traffic that is
necessary is our DID number, and EagleACD
does the rest. We will convert the traffic from PSTN to IP on our
gateways and route it via proxy servers to your destination via
IP. Alternatively we will allow you to have your gateways in our
data center so that you can maintain your own quality over your
private IP network. We collocation fees are the lowest in the industry.
IPPBX: If you are an IP PBX company and needed flexible pricing
for your DID’s we are the answer as we can hand off the inbound
DID’s only. You are still at liberty to buy your termination
services from other carriers.
We will also allow you to bring in your own 800 carriers to our
data center and switch your own traffic and we can provide you the
proxy services for your VoIP switching.
We can provide you as little or as much of the service you wish
to purchase from us with total flexibility from DID origination,
IP-PBX to Hosted ACD services. |
